Wont Recommended... Critical Ilness mentioned in their clause are of specified severity as per the company policy. For eg if someone is detected with cancer at stage 2 and clause says cancer stage 4 will be covered. Then you wont be eligible for this claim. Dont give extra premiums by adding critical illness and permanent disability riders. Go for basic term plan. If you are thinking about Cancer that will be covered i would suggest buy one cancer care product. Hdfc life cancer care is good one to go with. But Don't add this in Term Plan. Read More...

Lets understand it with example. Age: 28 Cover : 1 Crore Two options : 5 years premium paying term (monthly premium 2221 p.m for 5 years) and 30 years premium paying term (631 p.m for 30 years) If you pay 2221p.m for 5 years Total premium amount comes 133260 and you will be covered for 30 years. If you pay monthly 631 for 30 years Total premium comes around 2,27,160. In both you will be covered for 30 years but you save 1 lakh in Long term if nothing happens. But if something happens in before 5 years..then you are paying more for same cover. So think and decide accordingly. Read More...
