Friends, see how ICICI Prudential AMC cheated its customer. This close ended fund had 9-Aug as maturity date. No change in NAV from 30-July till 09-August. After paying maturity proceeds at NAV of 10.64 the fund went up sharply to 10.77 on 10-August (despite market fall on 10-August). All other ICICI Value series funds had NAV fall on 10-Aug except this one. A simple straight case of looting withdrawing investors and passing the gains to continuing customerd. Never ever invest in ICICI Prudential AMC funds. They also frauded their investors by investing in over valued ICICI Securities IPO. Now to compensate their losses they are using mean trcks looting investors money. Read More...

The original maturity date was 09-Aug-2018 and they rolled it over after taking consent from investors. So those who consented by 2PM on 09-August got continued in Fund rest were paid maturity proceeds at NAV 10.64. I had 20000 units holdings which got encashed at 10.64 NAV. I wanted to switch over to direct open ended funds so didn't consented for rollover. Despite my complains to AMC and SEBI nothing had happened. The AMC continue saying that they had done maturity and rollove as per Scheme Document. They moved funds into Cash for maturity so no change in NAV between 31-July to 09-Aug. They are not explaining why the fund performed magically from 10.64 to 10.77 overnight after paying maturity to withdrawing investors on 09-August. After many emails my concerns remains unaddressed by both ICICI AMC and SEBI so have initiated this thread to make investors aware from my learnings!!... Read More...
