Does it also apply for house where we wanted to live (not as investment/rent)? If so is it a good idea to wait for that amount to be accumulated? This seem very difficult to catch, as we don't have real estate returns documented to predict what could be the prices....even if RE returns are say 12% ...I think it makes sense to take a housing loan and pay EMI which less than 12% pa. Or we invest in via SIP in an agressive fund for 10-15 years to get 15% returns...and purchase. It's really very confusing. Read More...
