They have informed him after checking Cibil score that he has taken 35lacs loan already in this PAN so not eligible for further loan. This would be more of automated activity. I just need to transfer the complete amount from salary account to loan account at the beginning of each month. Definately, interest on home loan is charges on daily basis. if you pay ur emi on 1-2 of every month u can save thousands of rupees in long run. But just keep in mind that , there should be no delay in payments of your salary before due date of EMI. Read More...
