I have SIP in the below funds 9k and 3k ETF. 1. SBI Blue Chip: Monthly 1K 2. DSP BlackRock: Monthly 1.5K 3. HDFC Small Cap: Monthly 2.5K 4. DSP Tax Saver (ELSS): Monthly 2K 5. Axis Long Term Equity (ELSS): Monthly 2K 6. Reliance Small Cap: 6K invested (Stopped) Apart from this, I am planning to invest 15K-20K Lumpsum in 2/3 funds. Since, I am already having SIP in above funds, please suggest me MF folios for 15K-20K lumpsum. I am planning for Canara Rebeco/ICICI Prudential Bluechip/Motilal Oswal/L & T Emerging but confused. Please suggest advise. My current age is 30. Target is long time investment and corpus 5 Cr at the age of 50. Choose mutlicap fund. As you SIP folio already have exposure to Large and and small cap. If you are conservative inverstor then choose - 2 Large cap if you want moderate risk - Go for 2 multicap fund or 1 multicap and 1 Mid cap if want aggressive risk and i don't think this is good idea then you can go for small cap. $SBI Small Cap Fund-Direct-Growth (Smallcap) $Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund - Direct Plan - Growth (Large and Midcap) $Axis Long Term Equity Fund - Direct Growth (More exposure is towards Large cap) Your major Investments is in Large caps. So here you can go with 1 Midcap $L&T Midcap Fund Direct Plan - Growth or if you have any tax obligations on your income you can $Aditya BSL Tax Relief'96 Fund- (ELSS U/S 80C of IT ACT) - Growth-Direct Plan it has majority of Investment in Mid and small caps. $Axis Long Term Equity Fund - Direct Growth has completed almost a decade now and has been consistent too $Motilal Oswal Long Term Fund-Direct-Growth has not completed five years ..fund will complete 4 years in Jan. Returns are not at all twice Now lets compare the returns as on 15-Nov-2018 Last 6 months returns are Axis LTE : -4.68% Motial LTF : -10.90% Year 2018 returns Axis LTE : -1.59% Motilal LTF : -11.07% Last 1 year returns are Axis LTE : 4.97% Motilal LTF : -2.27%(Negative) Last 2 year returns are Axis LTE : 16.11% Motilal LTF : 15.24% Last 3 years returns are Axis LTE : 11.62% Motial LTF : 14. 13% Last 5 years returns of Axis are 20.56% Since Inception Axis LTE : 17.25% Motilal : 13.37%.
